Parish Office

The parish office is located within the entrance to Holy Family Church, at 226-228 Limestone Road, Belfast BT15 3AP. The office is open Monday to Thursday, between 9.30am -2.30pm and Friday between 9.30am – 1.30pm. A voicemail service is in operation outside of office hours and the office manager undertakes to address all queries as promptly as possible.

Sacristans

The church sacristan’s primary duty is to prepare the Church and altar for all services including daily mass, weddings and funerals. The sacristan also maintains the church building and grounds, oversees any health and safety issues and works with all involved in the planning and preparation of special services and celebrations.

Counting Teams and Money Transporters

The Counting Teams assist with the practical aspects of counting the weekly and monthly collections and preparing the lodgements in accordance with the Diocesan Regulations for Parishes in regard to Financial Controls and Related Processes.

Caretaker

The caretaker has the overall responsibility of ensuring that the two churches, the parochial house, administrative buildings and grounds and the parish hall are well maintained and that maintenance is carried out in a timely and safe manner.

Church Cleaners

This group of people look after the church and ensure that all areas, including the welcoming space and adjoining rooms are cleaned and polished on a regular basis.
