Perpetual Adoration of the Holy Eucharist
The Eucharistic Adoration Committee organise the Adorers’ rota for St Thérèse Church when parishioners volunteer to spend a given hour each week in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. The Committee also oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the Adoration Chapel. The Committee meets three or four times a year.
Pilgrim Prayer
Every Tuesday at 8pm on ‘Facebook Live’ Deacon Brendan leads 30 minutes of intercessory prayer, music, scripture and reflection.
Since 17th March 2020 people from the parish, Ireland and all over the world have come together to pray for each other. What started as a nightly way to pray during the closure of the churches has become a regular gathering for hundreds of people.
It is not simply a virtual prayer space but a real interactive experience for those who wish to submit prayer requests and reflect on scripture. Many graces and blessings have been received and all are welcome to join our “pilgrim family”.
